We, Luke and Erica Doble, the owners of Doble Property Management welcome you to Sawyer County! Erica grew up camping on the Chippewa Flowage, since she was a toddler. Her family came up every year, then her parents bought their own home on the Flowage in 2020. In 2021, we moved to Winter, WI one month after getting married. We began to learn more about the local tourism industry, and started out housekeeping for resorts. In 2023 we began housekeeping privately, then expanded to full property management services over the next year. By the end of 2024 we had established our business and were working full time, loving what we do. Fast forward to today, and we now have rentals scattered across Sawyer County and Clam Lake, all providing their own unique experience for our guests. It has been our pleasure to meet and work with so many local residents, rental owners, and tourists that come to our area.
We spend most of our free time at home with our dog, two cats, and chickens. For fun we like to go for long drives, usually ending up at Culvers. When not working, Luke enjoys cooking, reading, gaming, and snowmobiling. His best dish is his garlic mashed potatoes! In Erica’s free time, she enjoys baking, playing music, and fishing. On weekends you can find her playing music with her parents in the G-Man band!
