The cabin sits on 60 acres, with trails and a small pond. Perfect for hunters, and riders looking for private trails.

Located 10 minutes from the Winter Lakes area, which features multiple lakes including Lake Winter, Fish Trap Lake, Barker Lake, Barber Lake, the Chippewa River, and more! About 20 minutes from the Chippewa Flowage, and 40 minutes from Hayward. Winter is 10 minutes away for groceries, including Dollar General and a gas station. 5 minutes from the Loretta Steakhouse. 1 minute from Johanson’s bar. 10 minutes from multiple bars and a breakfast/lunch cafe in Winter. ATVs trailers can be parked a half mile down the road for trail access on South or North Clover road. ATVs are not allowed on 70. Private trails on property are open for riding. 3 Bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 6 people. 1 queen bed, and 2 full size beds. Top bunk is unavailable. 1 Twin couch bed in the living room.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the trails and pond on the property. If using any ATVs and snowmobiles please be respectful with trail usage to maintain for other guests.

ATVs can not be driven straight from the property onto trails. Have to park about a half mile down the road with trailers for trail access.

Firewood is provided in the wood rack by the front door. Please ask if you need more.

Indoor fireplace is off limits.
